I’m constantly snouting around for things to fix and make safer, and now that fall is coming to the Northern hemisphere, it’s time to take a walk around and inspect your home's foundation, siding, and paint for any damage. If you notice peeling or cracked paint, touch-up work will need to be done to prevent water damage should ice and snow accumulate. Performing simple paint touch-up repairs in advance will save you money in the long-run. Also, be sure to look for any cracks in the cement or wood, as these will need to be properly filled in order to prevent further damage in the future. Otherwise, water can get into these cracks, then freeze and expand, thus making the crack larger and weakening your home’s structural integrity. This same situation can occur on your driveway. Therefore, simple routine maintenance on your property will save you tons of money in the end.

On a hot day in the city, a bike courier arrived at Marcus’s place. Looking at the sweaty and tired bike courier, Marcus handed him three bottles of ice-cold, non-alcoholic beer and then suddenly left to answer the phone. Delighted, the courier gulped down all three, one after another. When Marcus returned, the courier said:
“Wow, that non-alcoholic beer was really great! Thanks! So, what do you need to send?”
“I wanted to send the non-alcoholic beer to a friend across town...”

Thank you for your programs about people from other planets. You open our minds to the existence of others in the Universe and how we are all connected.
I’d like to talk about the Reptilian race of people. I’ve seen in books and on other TV channels humans talking negatively about the Reptilian people. I don’t believe there are any bad races of people, on Earth and beyond. There may be some negative individuals, but not entire races.
One time, I was staying at an apartment for two weeks. The energy was not the best because in this house the people ate animal-people as their food. I stayed alone there, while the residents of this apartment were on holiday, and looked after their rabbit friend.
One night, while I was meditating and having a rest, I heard a noise in the other room. I was startled. In an inner vision, I saw some beings in that room who were all from the reptile family: small dinosaur-people, little lizard-people running across the floor and a reptilian-person. They were cleaning the house! They had brooms and mops and more equipment that I can’t remember anymore. Their energy was soft and kind. Once they realized I had seen them, they ran out the front door. The last one to leave, a small dinosaur-person, turned around and smiled at me. It was such a beautiful moment. I couldn’t believe their selfless assistance and unconditional love towards me. They felt like family to me.
When I woke up, I went around the house, and I could see that it was truly cleaner. It was an incredible experience I will never forget. I’ve also seen a giant reptilian man appear above my bed before I fell asleep. I saw him just after I had watched some documentaries about other planets and their inhabitants. I think he was appearing to me to confirm that the documentaries told the truth.
We are one Universe of beings no matter what we look like in the outer appearance, with great potential to work together and help each other learn and grow.
