Korean Music - Traditional Meets Modern, Part 1 of 2

The acclaimed Mr. Hwang Ho-jun is Korea’s representative traditional music composer. He received the KBS （Korean Broadcasting System) Traditional Music - Composition Award in 2013. Mr. Hwang Ho-jun composed along with numerous other musical pieces for the National Dance Company of Korea as well as the National Gugak Center, National Changeuk Company of Korea, and National Orchestra of Korea. His works have also moved beyond traditional music to creating several operas together with the Korea National Opera and Seoul Metropolitan Opera, and composing music for musicals, theatre, and even K-pop!
