Today I have a tip at this crucial time for helping our local bird buddies find water. You can provide them with water right in your garden space and this gives you and your kids an opportunity to watch bird-people while experiencing nature. To construct a bird bath, simply take a terracotta pot with a saucer and turn the pot upside down. Next, set the saucer on top. Apply glue to secure it in place if you like. Lastly, fill the saucer up with water and consider placing a few pretty river stones inside for your feathered visitors to perch on. Get your children involved and have them replace the water daily with fresh, clean water. Now, the bird-people will have a nice place to go and water to drink all summer long.
It might be a good idea to sit back and relax as the upcoming joke of the day is loaded with hilarity. It’s entitled “Easy Fix.”

REPORT from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Our sincere greetings to Supreme Master Ching Hai and the noble Supreme Master Television team. We, the initiates of Kinshasa, regularly follow Supreme Master Television broadcasts with great gratitude, because we know that much love, dedication and blessings emanate from your programs. During our weekly group meditation, we especially cherish viewing this opportunity to elevate ourselves spiritually. After meditation, we, from time to time, do various community service activities such as cleaning the ditches of public roads, because from Master, we know that cleanliness expresses holiness.
We also sincerely asked Master to give us inspiration for initiatives to spread God’s Teachings despite limited means and resources. This is how the concept of a mobile library powered by a bicycle was formed! With the Blessing of Master, Bodhisattvas and angels, our prototype bookmobile was completed in two weeks and the initiates were so excited about it that we held an event to officially launch this Dharma spreading project. And then we performed tours, to spread God’s Teachings, to express our gratitude for all that Master does for us and the whole world, and the audience responded enthusiastically.
Another exciting piece of news, through the delicate arrangement of God’s Power, is that Ukraine (Ureign) inaugurated its embassy in Kinshasa on April 10, 2024, right next to the Loving Hut [vegan restaurant]. That day, the guests, members of the diplomatic corps representing many countries, the Apostolic Nuncio of the Vatican in the DRC, government representatives, the media, catering services organized by the Ministry of Health of the DRC, and security services participated in this grandiose event. The initiates of Loving Hut/Kinshasa seized this opportunity by preparing a package with the book by Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan) “Love Is The Only Solution,” the Alternative Living flyer, and the Loving Hut flyer. More than 70 packages were distributed at the gate of the new embassy and those who received them were very happy.
We also have an initiate brother, who currently resides in our country, and makes broadcasts once a month to promote veganism and share God’s Teachings on the local radio: Radio FM VERITAS from MANGAYI, which is an urban town in the province of Kwilu, and also on radio BANA MAA, the local radio station of DiBAYA, a territory in the Central Kasaï province.
A resounding and infinite thank You to Master, who guides us at all times and thus gives us the opportunity to be humble tools, to sow compassion, sharing, humanity, peace, and love in ourselves and around us in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
